Here’s How To Wash Your Hands Correctly
Step 1: Use normal soap, no need for antibacterial.
Step 2: Scrub the back of your hands, in between your fingers and underneath your fingernails.
Step 3: Lather for 20 seconds.
Step 4: Rinse thoroughly
Step 5: Dry completely
Both hot or cold water is fine but its better to use hot water where possible as this can help kill even more germs.
